Andy is Head of Sport at Unicef UK overseeing and leading the strategic direction for the charity’s work in the sports sector with athletes, teams, brands, events and governing bodies. Prior to joining Unicef UK Andy spent 5 years at Wasserman where he focused on securing revenue away from the field of play for some of the worlds leading athletes across football, golf, rugby and boxing as well as working on big brand activations.
Sir Clive Woodward OBE
England Rugby World Cup 2003 Winning Coach
Sir Clive Woodward is the World Cup winning Head Coach who led England’s rugby players to World Cup glory in Australia in 2003. A former England International and British & Irish Lion himself, during Clive’s tenure as Head Coach England moved from 6th in the world to being the number one ranked team, winning every trophy an England team can win.
In 2006 Clive joined the British Olympic Association. As Team GB’s Director of Sport he worked in close partnership with key stakeholders in British Sport to support the national coaches and athletes at the Beijing & Vancouver Olympics as well as deliver Team GB’s most successful Olympic Games in the modern era at London 2012.
Clive is currently the Founder and Chairman of Hive Learning – an app which has digitised Clive’s coaching methods and is designed to help people learn better together in business and sport and is the Director of Sport for the APEX2100 International Ski Academy which aims to become the World’s Leading High-Performance Academy for young, aspiring athletes wanting to achieve their goals in Alpine Skiing.

Roger Black MBE
European, Commonwealth, and World Championship Gold Medalist
For fourteen years Roger represented Great Britain at the highest level in the world of athletics, both as an individual 400 metre runner and as a member of the 4×400 metre relay team, winning fifteen major Championship medals including European, Commonwealth, and World Championship Gold medals.
His greatest achievement was winning the Olympic 400 metre Silver medal in 1996 and he is particularly admired for his triumphs over adversity, successfully overcoming several serious injuries and set backs throughout his career.
Roger has been British Men’s Team Captain and was awarded the M.B.E. in 1992.
Roger is also partner of BackleyBlack with Steve Backley and owner of Roger Black Fitness.
Colin Jackson OBE
World, Commonwealth and European Champion Hurdler
Before retiring in 2003, Colin Jackson was an outdoor World Record holder for 13 years and still holds the World Indoor 60m Hurdles title. Bursting onto the scene, setting a European junior record of 13.44 in 1986, Colin ranked in the world top 10 for 16 years, and for the last 7 of his career, he was never out of the top 3.
Colin has been an integral part of the BBC Athletics coverage since the Athens Olympics, covering every major event, including the London 2012 Olympics and most recently the Rio Olympics. Since retiring from athletics, Colin has expanded his role in TV by co-hosting the BBC1 live morning show Sunday Life, as well as dazzling us all with his dancing skills on Strictly Come Dancing. More recently Colin has appeared on ITV1′s Dancing on Ice Goes Gold, the BBC’s 24 Hours in the Past and ITV’s Drive, alongside the likes of Louis Walsh, Johnny Vegas and Ella Eyre.
2013 saw Colin launch his own mass participation event, Go Dad Run, to raise awareness of men’s health issues. After the success of the inaugural event, the last four years have seen the race expand to venues nationwide and to date, thousands of men have come together to help the cause. Colin has also joined forces with the Wings for Life World Run campaign, as an Ambassador and Global Race Director.

Adrian has been Chief Executive of Badminton England since 2006 and is leading the organisation through a vision for badminton to be one of the nation’s most popular sports and to consistently win World, Olympic and Paralympic medals.
Adrian is driving a journey of modernisation and self-sustainability at Badminton England, transforming the business through technology, customer acquisition, fan engagement and organisational efficiency. He is a bold, recognised and innovative leader with proven achievement; someone who makes things happen and leads by example.
Under Adrian’s leadership, Badminton England has secured the greatest level of commercial investment in the history of the organisation, seen the Yonex All England Open Championships be included among the three badminton ‘Majors’ on the World Tour, demonstrated great vision and creativity through the launch of the first professional badminton league in the UK.

Charlie is a partnership and brand engagement expert with years of experience in building, managing and delivering integrated partnership and sponsorship solutions for clients. Recently he has focused on creating large scale global partnerships for FMCG and B2B brands, helping to deliver game-changing business value for brands through sport.
Outside of work Charlie is a huge sport fan and has become an expert in up-selling his former sporting glories. When not juggling work and family life he’s often to be found on a boat, or a bike or doing some form of adventure challenge.
